Overview
Zafferano first opened in the heart of London’s exclusive Belgravia area in 1995. Since then, the awards and accolades have continued to pour in each year and the restaurant has achieved some of the best restaurant reviews written.
The elegant bar offers a selection of cocktails, aperitifs and digestive as well as a bar menu with a mouth watering choice of regional Italian favourites. Zafferano was Awarded the top prize at Tatler’s 2009 Restaurant Awards for “Most Consistently Excellent Restaurant.”
Venue
Zafferano offers extraordinary food, an intimate setting and gracious hospitality. The menus change frequently to reflect the seasonal changes in produce, fish and game whilst it has been acclaimed time and again for its honest wholesome take on Italian cuisine, with dishes like ‘Malfatti’ Pasta Parcels with potato and morel mushroom, Lobster and langoustine sautéed with ‘samphire’ and also Roast ‘Fiorentina’ T-bone Steak with herb salad.
Zafferano’s private Dining Room is the perfect setting for celebrating a special occasion or hosting a corporate event. The private room recalls the old world elegance of Italy with vaulted ceilings, exposed brick walls and a view of the spectacular wine cellar.
