Vacheron Constantin Tour de L’ile

By:

Vacheron Constantin

The Vacheron Constantin Tour de L’ile wristwatch for men is a 7 unit limited series still in production, although very few of them can still be purchased at specific vendors serving worldwide, all individually numbered and each featuring a unique hand-guilloché motif on the back dial, thereby guaranteeing its authenticity and its uniqueness.

It is one of the world’s more expensive, complicated and spectacular watches ever made. The watch consists of over 800 individual parts, and took more than 10,000 hours of design to complete. It won the the L’Aiguille D’or award at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Geneve in 2005. Its named after Vacheron Constantin’s historical site on the Quai de L’ile in Geneva, next to Constantin Vacheron’s current location.
