Situated at the world famous Mandarin Oriental Hotel, The Krug Room, created in partnership with Krug Champagne, is a gastronomic delight that offers progressive and modern cuisine.
Under the guidance of talented Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky’s, the restaurant provides no menu, working entirely on the inspiration of the chef on any given night.
The dining room is decorated with a grand chandelier that suspends single red roses over one large table running through the centre of the room. Accommodating up the 12 people, the dining space is intimate and features a large window that allows guests to view the culinary team at work.
With an emphasis on contemporary gastronomy, dining experience varies from night to night with guests being treated to anything from ten to fourteen courses. In addition, waiters are on hand to assist you in choosing the perfect accompaniment to your meal, with the restaurant providing the largest selection of Krug Champagne outside of France.
Favourite dishes include scallops and truffles, while the Baked Alaska is renowned as being a customer highlight. Dinner commences from 7:30pm Monday to Saturday, where the select few can expect a truly unique culinary experience.
