Venue
Sunset Grill & Bar prepares the best grilled steaks in Istanbul, as well as lobster dishes, salmon, octopus, snow crab salad and a delicious sweet prawn shrimp tempura with spicy cream sauce. Other mouth-watering dishes on the menu, which changes according to season, include Grilled Vegetable Medley with Porcini Mushroom Oil and Yogurt Dressing with Herbs, and diners have enjoyed a wonderful selection of sushi and sashimi since the arrival of internationally acclaimed Master Chef, Hiroki Takemura, in 1999.
Located on a hilltop offering spectacular views of the Bosphorus strait, Bosphorus Bridge and Asian shoreline, the spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas have comfortable and casual seating with a timeless decor, making them a perfect spot for a cocktail. The bar menu includes a selection of snacks as well as after dinner digestives (cognac, whisky, etc.) and a choice of cigars. The glass encased stellar wine cellar offers 410 brands including a large selection of rare and vintage wines from Turkey and abroad. A special filtering system was installed on both sides of the glass cellar, protecting the wines from ultra violet lighting, unwanted odours and also ensuring stable and proper temperature and humidity levels.
