Son Brull Hotel & Spa
Owned by the Suau family and ran by brothers Alejandro and Miguel Suau since its opening in July 2003, Son Brull Hotel and Spa is recognised as a prestigious member of the Relais & Châteaux group, and holds an official 5-star rating.
Positioned at the foot of the Puig de Maria, overlooking the sea and bay of Pollensa on the island of Mallorca, the hotel is set in beautiful natural Mediterranean surroundings, and houses 23 guests comfortably all year round.
With rooms ranging from standard doubles to deluxe doubles with a private terrace, Son Brull accommodates a wide range of cliental, while maintaining a general level of luxury in including king-sized beds and televisions in every room.
The spa features four treatment and massage rooms, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a Turkish bath. In addition indoor and outdoor swimming pools are available for guests to use, or alternatively, relax beside, and the hotel provides fresh towels, bathrobes and slippers for each of its customers.
Led by head chef Rafel Perello, restaurant 3/65 offers its customers the option of dining in elegant indoor furnishings, or outside, on a candlelit terrace, overlooking the valley below. The cuisine is traditionally simple, with seasonal produce being sourced locally all year round, so as to maximize the dining experience.
Surrounded by 40acres of land, Son Bull is situated next to an organic farm where a three centuries old olive grove is preserved. In addition the hotel also grows a variety of fruit and vegetable produce, which is then utilised by restaurant 3/65.
