With dishes billed as theatrical interludes, the gastronomy at Sip is certainly a performance in its own right. The “Curtain Raiser” starters are both creative and decadent, with “Main Acts” following, including dishes such as ‘Laid Back’ barramundi and authentic steak tatare. A range of “Finales”, including the famous pear bourdaloue, provide the sweet ending to an indulgent meal.
