‘The Berkshire’, as we’re affectionately known, is one of the leading clubs in the country with a tradition of great polo and exciting social events. Since being founded in 1985 by the late music entrepreneur and polo fanatic Bryan Morrison – and now owned and operated by his family – ‘The Berkshire’ has achieved at attracting a rare blend of the world’s top players of this prestigious sport, and people who simply love the Club’s unique atmosphere and surroundings.
‘The Berkshire’ is a superb venue for private and corporate events and hospitality. For private entertaining, it’s hard to beat The Berkshire’s unique surroundings and ambience. Whether or not you plan your function around a polo game, we supply great facilities and superb hospitality whether it’s a wedding reception, family party or informal barbecue. The Royal Pavilion – overlooking Ground One, home to some of the best polo played in the world – makes a superb, traditional venue. We can also offer beautiful marquees to accommodate any size of group, for any occasion.
