Porsche SE

Overview

At Porsche they live by a philosophy called “The Porsche Principle”, this is their method of keeping up the high quality, luxurious and sporty standards. According to the company one of the key components in the Porsche Principle is maximum output from minimum input and is an integral part in the production of each and everyone of their cars.

The company was founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche in Stuttgart, Germany. At the beginning the purpose of the company was to provide vehicle development and consulting but that all changed with the Porsche 64.

Today Porsche is probably best known for the 911 which has been in production since 1964 and is still hugely popular even though other models have also become extremely popular like the Cayenne SUV and the Panamera that have become everyday sights in most major cities around the world.

Today Porsche is a part of the automotive giant Volkswagen AG.
