Per Se, New York
Located on the fourth floor of the Time Warner Center at 10 Columbus Circle in Manhattan, New York City, Per Se is a New American and French restaurant.
Opening in 2004, Per Se quickly earned itself a reputation as being one of the best restaurants in New York, before being placed 11th in the ‘Elite Traveler and Laurent Perrier Top 100 Restaurants in the World’.
As a respected and well-known chef and restaurateur, Thomas Keller opened Per Se with the intention to match his already existing three-Michelin starred restaurant, The French Laundry.
With two prix fixe menus that change everyday, guests are treated to nine-courses that incorporate and experiment with a variety of flavours and textures. Designed to evoke a series of sensations, each small dish leaves you craving more, until the next one arrives.
With an extensive wine list that includes everything from older, expensive bottles to limited bottles produced by small companies, experienced head Sommelier Michel Couvreux is on hand to assist guests in the perfect accompaniment to their dish.
In addition to the general dining area, private dining reservations are available to parties of eight people. With two exclusive areas and an events team on hand, guests can expect secluded luxury and a tailored culinary experience.
