Highly technical culinary skill paired with some of Australasia’s most exotic flavours gives rise to dishes one can barely imagine.
The seasonal tasting menu is the only one served at the tables where the guests are constantly interacting with the chefs.
Dishes include Smoked Eel with Apple Sauce, incredible Pulled Pork, traditional Steamed Buns with a twist, Chocolate Cake with awesome ganache, popping rocks and delectable Pistachio Gelato with Mint and Redcurrant. Reservations must be made via the online system. You may be waiting a while but do not let that put you off. The highly experienced sommeliers are huge on the local scene and provide the perfect accompaniments with the simply exquisite tasting menu. Be prepared for a feast. No matter how full one gets, the amazing combinations of tastes and textures will leave you wanting more to the point where even fifteen courses at Seiōbo is not enough!
