Mix, Las Vegas


Executive chef Alain Ducasse harmonises French and American cuisine at miX to create a luxury combination worthy of Las Vegas’ Strip. Located at THEhotel in Mandalay Bay, the restaurant boasts an incredible selection of wines: 7,000 bottles to be exact. The 15-foot tall wine cellar acts as an exhibition room, with exquisite Murano glass bubbles suspended from the ceiling.

It is therefore no surprise that miX’s decor has been awarded “Best Restaurant” by the Travel+Leisure Design Awards in 2006 among other impressive culinary accolades.

miX’s signature dishes include the likes of Pepper Crusted Bison Tenderloin with Glazed Vegetable and Black Pepper Sauce, as well as miX Candy BarCoconut/Lime Sorbet. Diners can continue the evening at the bar and lounge which shuts at 3am on weekends to ensure the party doesn’t end; unique drinks such as miXOPOLITAN and THEmargarita can be accompanied by nibbles such as Sesame Beef Mini Skewers.
