M on the Bund overlooks Shanghai’s iconic the Bund. First opening at the summit of the historic Nissin Shipping Building in 1999, diners have delighted in M on the Bund’s creative menu for over a decade. M on the Bund offers a contemporary, glamorous slant to compliment the classic taste of Shanghai.
M on the Bund founder Michelle Garnaut has a culinary career that spans 25 years and several continents. Gamaut brings her expertise to the table and, in line with executive chef Hamish Pollitt, uses the best possible, freshest ingredients to create a delectable dining experience.

The restaurant space is warm, sophisticated and stylish, with the roof terrace and the Crystal Room being perfect places to experience the fusion cuisine M on the Bund has to offer. With starters including Terrine of Crab, Eel and Salmon sauced with sea urchins, and Mains including Roasted fillet of Australian beef served on potato rosti and ribbons of root vegetables, M on the Bund is an impeccable dining experience.
