Kithnos, An Unspoiled Land of Tradition

Kithnos is one of the less visited islands of the Cyclades, and although it is still a friendly place for visitors its relative lack of tourism means the island retains much of its traditional charm. This means that you can appreciate the Cycladic lifestyle in the same way that the locals enjoy it.

The key feature of this island is its therapeutic thermal springs, which can be appreciated by visiting the island’s modern spa centre in Loutra. The island is also known for being the home of one of the largest cave systems in Greece, Katafyki cave, in which travellers can look in awe at the magnificent stalagmites and stalactites which have formed over thousands of years.
