Louis Loizou, GC Privé Co-founder
Louis Loizou is a co-founder and partner at the investment banking advisory firm Loizou & Co and the multi-family office GC Privé. Prior to this, Louis worked for Citigroup, Barclays Capital and Kleinwort Benson.
He has been advisor to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising transactions. Louis co-managed a multi-asset absolute return fund of USD 500 million on behalf of ultra-high net worth investors and charitable institutions.
Louis has also worked as an economist at the Competition Commission and Her Majesty’s Treasury under the leadership of the ex-UK Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer Gordon Brown.
Louis is the Chairman of the Hellenic Bankers Association – UK and a “Freeman” of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers and the City of London.
He holds a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from LSE and an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Christ Church College, University of Oxford.
