Les Airelles, Courchevel

Overview
This typically Alpine five-star hotel hosts some of the best cuisine in the Courchevel area. A choice from two gorgeous restaurants leaves diners in awe at the delectable menus from Les Airelles, serving traditional French food to please locals and tourists alike.
La Table du Jardin Alpin is a popular choice, with food from lunchtime onwards, treating guests to authentic dishes to enchant all the family. The exclusive Pierre Gagnaire pour Les Airelles on the other hand, presents a sublime menu for those lucky enough to secure a reservation.
Venue
The largest dining room of the hotel is home to La Table du Jardin Alpin where the traditional, chalet-style décor is continued into the main restaurant. It serves “cuisine bourgeoise” which includes a speciality of white truffle risotto and a dessert cart with sweets to delight all parties. The terrace faces the slopes and a delicious lunchtime buffet will satisfy the hungriest of skiers.
A unique offering of the hotel is its restaurant owned by celebrated chef Pierre Gagnaire. This intimate space is open for dinner and seats only 20. Its two Michelin stars however, provide a dining experience worth waiting for as Gagnaire’s French cuisine descends on the Alps. Local produce features heavily on one of the two menus, allowing diners to experience classic Alpine tastes put together in a superb combination dreamed up by a culinary great.
