Le Gaiac Restaurant is situated within the 5 star resort Hotel Le Toiny. Le Gaiac boasts the expert leadership of Chef Stephane Mazieres, whose high-class cuisine is a masterful blend of specialised French cuisine and the fresh, Caribbean flavours of St Barthes.

Le Gaiac caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each course created by a master and served with highest attention to service and presentation.

La Gaiac is particularly proud of its Tuesday Fish Market, where diners are invited to sample the local fish fare expertly prepared by Chef Mazieres and his team. The long established “Brunch du Toiny” is also not to be missed, achieving high acclaim.

Guests can choose from an extensive menu, featuring delightful appetizers such as Seared duck Foie Gras of Perigord, risotto cappuccino and sesame. Surf Mains include Mahi Manhi reviolis, buratta cream, black olive and basil coulis, or for a Turf alternative to the local sea produce, diners can sample Roasted rack of Lamb, fregola pasta with green peas, lemon and carrot condiments. The restaurant’s signature dessert Green apple and ysusu, salted butter caramel is a classic, to be followed by cheese and fine wines.

La Gaiac is invested in the sustainability of the land, and has created an organic greenhouse to cultivate the freshest possible vegetables, creating not only fine produce, but an eco friendly dining experience.
