The New York culinary ovation of Le Cirque has extended its franchise to Las Vegas, yet another exquisite dining option for guests and visitors of the Bellagio Hotel. Recipes from the Big Apple’s most legendary restaurant can be found, including the likes of Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Tiger Prawn Croquette, Crustacean «Tea», Langoustine Ravioli and Coconut Shellfish “Nuage”.

Executive chef Sirio Maccioni serves up French cuisine with charisma and flair, which has earned the eatery a multitude of awards, including a coveted spot in the 2013 Forbes Travel Guide.

While enjoying the sumptuous circus interior – boldly coloured ceiling drapes, eclectic carpeting and theatrical murals as designed by Adam D. Tihany – guests can also relax under Maccioni’s attentive servers and their mind-blowing selection of fine wines. Taste buds can be further tempted with a pick from the Vegetarian Menu such as Israeli Couscous, Baby Artichoke and Tomato Confit, or sweet delights from the Desserts Menu such as Mango and Passion Fruit Macaron with Tapioca Pearls, Coconut Sorbet and Croquant.
