Le Cap Restaurant, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat
Situated in the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat on the beautiful French Riviera, Le Cap Restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients to create luxury cuisine.
Under the watchful eye of head chef Didier Anies, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, and is renowned for being “Cap-Ferrat’s finest dining destination”.
The menu is simple yet extravagant, and includes favourites such as slow-roasted John Dory, caviar and langoustine. Pastry chef Luc Debove, who has won many culinary awards including the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2011, is in charge of creating a wonderful array of highly innovative ice creams and sorbets.
