Laurent-Perrier Bicentenary At The Ritz, A Luxury Celebration

Laurent-Perrier Champagne was founded in 1812 and has grown into one of the most famous and highly desirable brands across the world. The success of this exquisite Champagne is due to the company’s honouring of traditional values, a respect for nature and wine, a passion for quality and the passion for strong, long-lasting relationships both among the company and with the rest of the world.

This high-end celebratory event will be held on Wednesday the 19th September in the breathtaking 18th century surroundings of William Kent House at The Ritz London. For over a century, The Ritz has become a world-famous hotel that is a first choice stay for everyone including Royalty, Aristocracy and celebrities. Perfectly situated in London’s West End, the hotel is just minutes away from London’s best attractions, shopping and restaurants. Despite The Ritz being refurbished and bursting with the finest facilities, the hotel still retains the luxurious Louis XVI style interiors and warmth.

This glamorous event will feature a four course champagne pairing menu that has been specially crafted and prepared by executive chef John Williams MBE. The award-winning chef has carefully paired the champagne with each part of the meal, highlighting the sophisticated and mouth-watering flavours of the champagne,  featuring delicious ensembles such as veal cutlet with glazed sweetbread and creamy welsh rarebit.

The guests will be welcomed with a canape and champagne reception before indulging in the exquisite menu and will even be guided through the varying styles of the champagne by the chairman of Laurent-Perrier Ltd, Bernard de la Giraudiere.
