Le Bolch’s celebrated ‘cuisine du terroir’ is based on the principle of only using the finest local produce and applying the latest culinary techniques.Wild strawberries, fresh tomatoes, citrus fruits, olive oil, fresh Provencal herbs, Mediterranean shellfish and rock fish are all ingredients that characterise his cuisine.
The gourmet restaurant “La Table du Royal” offers a “Bistrot” lunch formula as well as an “Incontournable” tasting menu, and an “Intemporel” 3 course menu to offer to guests a delicious Mediterranean-accented culinary experience.
During the summer months, al fresco dining is offered on the large outdoor terrace.Guests choosing to dine inside can enjoy the new interior design of the restaurant, where Grace Leo has chosen to break away from the old Belle Epoque style for which the hotel had become synonymous, and has introduced a neo-Hellenistic theme with frieze motifs depicting geometric stencilling.
