Johri’s Talvo is a traditional Saint-Moritz restaurant but with modern elements, where the atmosphere is enhanced by the heat and typical scent of wood. The décor is simple with light pine, crisp white linen and candles which complete this ambience of warmth and luxury. Johri’s Talvo provides diners with a combination of creative Mediterranean cuisines and an exquisite wine selection.

Martin Dalsaas leads this gourmet restaurant to new heights, marking the history of haute cuisine of Engdaine but serving spectacular Mediterranean cuisines. Chef Dalsaas’ philosophy in cooking is centered upon the quality of the ingredients and products, preserving the original flavours and his unique touch in using the purest olive oils in his sublime dishes. Magnificent main course dishes include savoury chicken breast in a velvety mushroom sauce with more foie gras, lamb legumes in a rich vegetable ragout and pickled cabbage or Pike-perch fillet with mashed, artichokes, peppers and olives.
