Joël Robuchon offers his exquisite take on French haute cuisine within Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, where head chef Tomonori Danzaki has perfected the balance between impeccable presentation and simple flavours. In 2012, Michelin-star chef Robuchon’s recent extension of his self-branded restaurants within Hotel Michael won the Best New Restaurant category of Singapore’s Best Restaurants awards. Situated within an art deco hotel, the homely yet decadent interior allows guests to relax and indulge whilst tasting the delights of a world-class restaurant.
Pure indulgence is served in the form of 14 courses, featuring Robuchon’s renowned cheeses, breads and ice creams. Delights from the degustation menu range from the stereotypically French ‘Les Cuisses de Grenouille’, to innovative dishes such as ‘L’Amadaï’ with yuzu.
Diners can expect the finest ingredients, with all breads baked in house, and menus changing seasonally according to available produce. Beyond the main dining room lies the winter garden, and indoor private room for indulgent exclusivity. The restaurant’s wine list features over 1,300 choices of exceptional wines.
