L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Las Vegas
Joël Robuchon has become a culinary institution across the globe, with restaurants in Tokyo, Monaco and beyond. Las Vegas is therefore lucky to have two such restaurants, both within the luxurious MGM Grand. With the chef’s innovative counter service, guests can see the freshest ingredients transformed before their very eyes into French gourmet delights.
Under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Steve Benjamin, the culinary team reimagine Robuchon’s signature dishes, notably Pommes Purée (mashed potatoes), La Caille au Foie Gras (Free-range quail stuffed with foie gras), and Le Rumsteack en Tartare et ses Frites à L’ancienne (Steak Tartar).
The menus, atmosphere and restaurant layout have been designed to be interactive, friendly and sociable; the chefs’ public kitchen, the tapas on offer and an extensive selection of wine provided by sommeliers makes the dining experience at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon truly authentic and memorable. Three menus are on offer: degustation, à la carte and desserts, which notably features La Framboise (Fresh raspberry surprise inside with white chocolate sphere and yuzu ice cream). The venue has been rated as the best Las Vegas Restaurant by the Zagat Survey, cementing the master gourmet’s reputation as ‘Chef of the Century’.
