Indian Grand Prix, 23 – 25 October 2015

After a one year hiatus, the much loved Indian Grand Prix will return in October, 2015.

The 2015 Indian Grand Prix, to be held in New Delhi, a must for the discerning and well-travelled individual.

Apart from the head rush of the Grand Prix itself, this particular event also boasts the experience that the Sub-Continent of India has to offer.

Located in the suburb of Delhi – Greater Noida (50 kms from the centre of Delhi) the track is being designed by F1 architect Hermann Tilke, who is effectively the father of modern F1 circuits.

He has designed circuits such as Sepang, Shanghai, the Yas Marina, Sakhir Intl in Bahrain, Turkey, Valencia and Korea.

The circuit has been often compared by F1 drivers to the classic Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, a track known for high speeds and the type of corner-to-corner flow that comes from natural terrain.

With lots of elevation changes around the lap, 8% downhill and up to 10% uphill, this circuit has emerged as one of the most challenging circuits on the calendar.
