Overview
Hakkasan Abu Dhabi restaurant burst into the scene in June 2010, bringing Hakkasan’s award-winning cuisine to the landmark Emirates Palace. The venue comprises of a stunning restaurant, chic bar and an ultra-trendy lounge along with four private dining rooms.
The décor is simply breathtaking, with several private rooms each individually separated by intricately carved wooden screens. The stunning bar breathes to life with its state-of-the art design, simulating the movement of water flowing to the floor, thus giving the restaurant an enchanting and mesmerising feel.
Venue
Head Chef Lee Koh Hua serves classic Cantonese cuisine mixed with touches of Far Eastern and Chinese cuisine, to create simply outstanding dishes. He is an exceptionally talented chef who worked under Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee for five years. Hakkasan Abu Dhabi’s signature dishes include the spectacular Champagne Codfish, Venison Puff Dim Sum or Peking Duck with Caviar and Grilled Wagyu Beef with King Soy Sauce.
