German Grand Prix, 17 – 19 July 2015

Overview
The German Grand Prix (Großer Preis von Deutschland) is an annual automobile race that has been held most years since 1926, with 75 races presently having been held.
The race has had a remarkably stable history for one of the older Grands Prix, having been held at just three different venues throughout its life; the Nürburgring in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hockenheimring in Baden-Württemberg and on odd occasion AVUS near Berlin.
The 150,000 capacity Nürburgring is a motorsports complex around the village of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is located about 70 km (43 mi) south of Cologne, and 120 km (75 mi) northwest of Frankfurt.
Considered as one of the most demanding and difficult purpose-built racing circuits in the world having claimed over 200 lives over the years, this grand prix is one of the most testing for formula 1 drivers.
