German Formula 1 Grand Prix, 18 – 20 July 2014

Overview
Situated near the town of Hockenheim in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, the Hockenheimring Circuit is an extremely flat asphalt-surfaced racetrack that comprises 17 turns of varying difficult and a selection of exciting long straights
Having undergone recent renovations, including a state-of-the-art grandstand that comfortably accommodates 120,000 spectators, the Hockenheimring Circuit is now significantly shorter than it used to be. Despite some initial concern, the decision to shorten the track has ultimately resulted in the circuit becoming more technically challenging. With the reduction of long straights and the inclusion of an arduous hairpin bend, drivers must maintain a perfectly composed performance if they are to achieve podium glory.
For premium viewing, the Haupttribune A-D offers exclusive clientele an unmatched vantage point from amidst the action. Positioned at the very centre of the grandstand, overlooking the starting/finishing line, guests receive their own seat under an enclosed roof, reserved for them for the entirety of the event, and state-of-the-art television facilities in which to watch the whole race from.
Hosting the Grand Prix biennially since 1970, the Hockenheimring Circuit is steeped in recent history and provides an exciting alternative to the equally impressive Nurbergring. Culturally Hockenhheim itself is a beautiful town with much art-décor architecture for tourists to enjoy, around watching what promises to be a truly memorable Grand Prix.
