It is expected to become the world’s most expensive apartment when it finds a wealthy buyer.
The developer of Monaco’s new tallest building bought the homes behind the site to create a private Jean Mus-landscaped park that would also help prevent complaints about neighbors living in the tower’s shadow. The building itself will have a wellness center and services like housekeeping and valet.
The buzzed-about mega penthouse will span 35,000 square feet across five floors with staff quarters, a wine ‘cellar’ and reportedly a waterslide to a private infinity pool.
