Located in Megève town centre, Flocons de Sel is a sophisticated fine dining restaurant that has served the very best in local French cuisine since opening in 2008.

Under the watchful eye of Emmanuel Renaut, an acclaimed chef who learnt his trade at the Hotel de Crillon in Paris and Claridge’s in London, the restaurant received its third-Michelin-star in 2012.

Serving dishes of “creative subtlety” Emmanuel Renault sources the finest possible ingredients “from the elderly home distiller to the lake fisherman”. With an emphasis on local produce, the restaurant strives to reinvigorate traditional French cuisine, creating dishes that are “delicious, lively, brightly coloured and engaging”.
