Eclipse Walton Street: Signature Cocktails in partnership with Stoli
The original eclipse Bar situated in chelsea, Walton street was one of the first smart cocktail bars in the area. The Eclipse Walton Street continues to attract influential figures from the worlds of fashion, film, entertainment and media but innovating continually with its music with a blend of electro, funk, house and R&B sounds from top British and international DJs.
Stolichnaya is the pouring vodka at Eclipse Walton Street. Fermentation of Stolichnaya starts with wheat and rye grains and artesial water from the Russian city of Samara and the Kaliningrad region. The fermentation takes about 60 hours. Once fermentation is complete the resulting liquid is distilled four times to a strength of 96.4% ABV. This spirit is then diluted to bottling strength with more artesial well water. It is then filtered through quartz, sand, activated charcoal, and finally through woven cloth.
