The Voyage Dinner Series is a journey through the Mediterranean with a series of four-course family-style dinners showcasing the authentic flavours of each destination’s rich culinary tradition.

Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. While he hails from Lyon, France, it is in New York that he has truly mastered the dining scene and is today considered one of America’s leading culinary authorities.

Raised on his family’s farm in the village of St Pierre de Chandieu, Boulud remains inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and menus driven by fine ingredients.

Also known as the French Riviera, the Côte d’Azur demands a seafood-rich menu, reflecting the region’s deep-rooted dependency on the sea. On the menu, expect Bagna Cauda dip from Monaco, Bouillabaisse from Marseille, and wines from coastal vineyards.

Further, each dinner will feature wine pairings by respected Sommelier Michael Madrigale, reflecting the winemaking traditions of each region.
