Cut is the exquisite eaterie by world-renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck, located within the Four Seasons, Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Since opening in 2006, the restaurant has continued to receive awards from many outlets such as: the Los Angeles Times (Three Stars), Wall Street Journal and Wine Spectator, to name a few.
