Located in picturesque surroundings at the prestigious Chesa Grischuna Hotel, Chesa Grischuna Restaurant is a luxury fine dining establishment that serves exquisite European cuisine.

Opened in 1938, the restaurant has forged itself a notable reputation for utilising fresh ingredients to create truly opulent dishes, and has attracted an illustrious array of international jet setters.

Under the guidance of coveted chef Michael Bless, Chesa Grischuna Restaurant offers an a la carte menu with internationally influenced delicacies, such as, Zurich-Style sliced veal with rösti, and Fried pikeperch fillet with lemon, capers and boiled potatoes.

A cosy haven from the wintery evening, the dining room is decorated in rustic Swiss style, and features country house furnishings. During the dinner service, guests are treated to music from an exceptional pianist, who creates the ambience from a charming grand piano in the corner of the dining room.

With a menu that changes according to the season, guests can expect to sample the very best of what the restaurant has to offer on any occasion. In addition to fine cuisine, sommeliers are on hand to assist guests in ordering the perfect accompaniment to their dish from the onsite wine cellar stocked with an exceptional collection of over 150 regional, national, and international wines.
