Antique Wine Company and Nobu Park Lane host a rare Château d’Yquem dinner on 11 December 2013. A limited number of tickets is available for a once-in-a-lifetime epicurean experience – ‘Five Decades of Château d’Yquem Dinner’. This exceptional event unites one of the world’s greatest wine producers with a globally renowned restaurant.
Guests will experience a journey through the finest vintages from five different decades, from one of Bordeaux’s most legendary estates.
Michelin-star chef Mark Edwards of Nobu London has carefully crafted an exclusive menu that highlights the flavours of both this unique, sweet wine and the restaurant’s innovative Japanese cuisine. Every dish perfectly matches the individual characteristics of each vintage, resulting in a culinary adventure like no other, from canapés, all the way through to dessert.
This extraordinary event takes place on the evening of Wednesday the 11th December, 2013 and will be hosted by the expert wine tutor Stephen Brook. Stephen is highly regarded in the world of fine wine, is a guest judge at international wine competitions, author of several books, and is a contributor to a number of specialist publications. A Bordeaux expert, his knowledge of Château d’Yquem is second to none.
