During the summer months, Bosphorus Grill offers a mouth-watering Mediterranean buffet beside the glistening waters of the Bosphorus. As part of the illustrious Ciragan Palace, Bosphorus Grill’s stunning view spans from the Bosphorus Bridge to the Maiden’s Tower.
The delicious open buffet serves specially selected fish and meat sourced both locally and from around the world and grilled to perfection. Follow the tantalising aromas to your waterside table.
Ciragan Palace was built between 1863 and 1867 for Sultan Abdulaziz.
Venue
Today it stands as the Kempinski Hotel with its waterside Bosphorus Grill providing impressive menu of fresh homemade pasta, mezzes, salads, international appetisers, a variety of grilled meat and fish, complemented with homemade desserts. Guests can indulge in stylish gastronomy such as marinated lamb cutlet sumac and clothed yoghurt and marinated prawns with coriander, garlic and black pepper.
