Bohemia Bar and Restaurant is situated in Jersey’s Saint Helier, offering diners a choice from seven different menus. The most sophisticated is aptly named the Prestige Menu; it contains culinary concoctions such as smoked beef sirloin with grelot onion, dittander and bone marrow as well as rhubarb with yoghurt and champagne.

The restaurant provides a dining experience like no other, with the Chef’s Table offering between four and six guests an interactive eating extravaganza with a front row view of the kitchen at work. Treats ‘behind the scenes’ include champagne and an exclusive choice of Smith’s tasting menus. The evening can continue at the Bohemia Bar, which provides light snacks along with an impressive selection of spirits; from Polish vodkas such as Lanique Rose Petal to Calvados Boulard Pays d’Auge, 1983, there is an alcohol of preference for everyone.
