The 7th Annual BloodLust Ball takes place on Friday 27th of October 2012 at Beauberry House in Dulwich. Hosted by The Button Club, the ball has become a highlight of the autumnal social calendar. It is known as the most glamorous Halloween Ball in Europe and is attended by royals, celebrities, socialites and the media alike. The ball has raised well needed funds for various charities- Cancer Research UK, Brainwave and many others.
As the Darkness Falls on the Castle of Dracula, Beware of the Horrors Awaiting You…Prince Vlad III Dracula the Impaler, Countess Carmilla Karnstein, Count Orlok Nosferatu and Countess Elizabeth Báthory cordially invite you to the 7th Annual Bloodlust Ball on Friday 26th of October 2012. Taking place on a Doom Friday at Countess Carmilla’s Dulwich Castle, BloodLust Ball VII is the most glamorous and scariest Halloween Ball in Europe.
Hosts
Prince Vlad III Dracula the Impaler and Prince of Wallachia – (1431 – 1476): Best known for his resistance against the Ottoman Empire and for the cruel punishments he imposed on his enemies. Prince Vlad took sadistic pleasure in torturing and killing by impalement, executing over 100,000 people. Dracula is a vampire. His thirst for blood is endless! Beware!
Countess Carmilla Karnstein: Carmilla is a vampire who preys on young women, hoping to satiate her thirst and create eternal lovers for herself. “You are mine, you shall be mine, and you and I are one forever!”
Count Orlok Nosferatu: A vampire from the Carpathian Mountains in Wisborg, Germany. He lives in a vast castle high in the mountains, no one who has been there has ever come back. Orlok resembles something between a rat and a spider. He sleeps in soil infected with the Black Death and brings plague and disease with him. He is followed everywhere by rats.
Countess Elizabeth Báthory (1560 –1614): A Hungarian countess. She is the most prolific serial killer in history and is remembered as the “Blood Countess”. Countess tortured and killed over 600 girls and young women. She would fill a bathtub with the blood of her virgin female victims, then soak in it to retain her youth. She remains bricked in to the wall in her castle. Blood Countess still haunts after darkness falls, her thirst for blood is insatiable.
