Chef Avelin uses his expertise to develop the menu according to seasonal and current trends. With entrées such as Crab Cannelloni with Crayfish Sauce or Spicy Beef Salad, followed by exceptional Mediterranean dishes including Truffle Risotto and Granada Grilled Veal Sauce Béarnaise, Au Caprice des Deux has been acclaimed for sourcing locally grown, authentic fresh produce. All food is prepared on site, from home-made bread to the signature foie gras.
