Venue
With an extensive team of culinary magicians, Chef de Cuisine Paul Froggatt and Pastry Chef Lionel Bodros produce the very best in traditional French cuisine. Simple but sophisticated, the menu includes luxury dishes such as langoustine, duck foie gras, and blue lobster.
Spacious and elegant, the dining room is decorated with a large chandelier that compliments the surrounding wooden fixtures by emitting a warming metallic glow. Allowing natural light at lunchtime, as well as the stars to be seen at night, Australian walnut window louvers assist in the Parisian romance of the restaurant.
In addition to fine dining, an extensive wine list includes bottles from France, Italy, and Australia. A large selection of cocktails and other spirit based beverages are also available as well as non-alcoholic and hot drink options.
An 18-seat private wine room located in a secluded section of the restaurant can be hired for exclusive cliental, and provides an intimate dining experience in an elegant setting.
